GDC requirement for ALL registered dental care professionals:

A minimum of 10 hours in every 5 year CPD cycle must be spent on Medical Emergencies and CPR. This must be certified & recorded as verifiable CPD.

We offer bespoke resuscitation training for dental teams, at your premises and at a time to suit you. Our comprehensive training covers not only Basic/Advanced Life Support (CPR) but also recognition & immediate care for medical emergencies common to dental practice.

All dental care professionals should be trained to deal with medical emergencies.

These skills should be practised regularly & updated at least annually.

Specific emergency drugs & equipment should be immediately available in all dental surgery premises.
